Online Курс Структурирования Бизнес Кейсов
Язык курса: английский или русский

A Matter of Talent or Skill?
Why Is Structuring Important?
Any business case solution starts with a structure. Structure is the skeleton of your case interview answer and the first step to success or.. failure. Knowing frameworks is far from enough. You need to show you are an independent and creative thinker. You need to learn to foresee and adapt, and a though out structure is the key.
Why Prepare?
Only ~2-3% of candidates pass the interview stage and receive offers. The most common reason for rejection is 'lack of structure'. Structuring is a skill, that can be developed. At Fless we believe success isn't a matter of luck, but the result of thorough preparation.
Why With Fless?
Our instructors are not only industry experts and ex-consultants, but experienced mentors. You can solve over 50 cases with friends, but get rejected, because it is not about the quantity, rather than quality. Fless is the trampoline, but it is up to you to make the leap.
1-2 minutes

To think through your answer and invent a framework for your answer

Get rejected due to poor structuring skills

Of candidates invited for an interview get an offer
Scheduled online classes using a specialised platform, discussion chat in Telegram, rotating partners for homework via Skype or offline
No Frameworks
We will teach you to create structures out of the blue rather than memorise frameworks. You will develop your own frameworks.
In a group of 6-8 students you will solve over 20 cases and receive personalised materials for further study after the course
The group is led by a professional mentor who will provide personalised feedback based on your work
Personal Feedback
All students will be pushed to participate and will receive feedback for their class and homework performance.
Professional Instructor
Over the years Anna has taught thousands of cases, collected a library of 3K quality cases, and placed a few dozen people into MBB
Case Interview Basics
The course is geared at fine-tuning skills rather than explaining the basics. Successful candidates must have read "Case Interview Secrets" by Victor Cheng and listened to his "Look Over My Shoulder" recordings
Admission Test
Once you apply you will receive an admission test, which consists of 2 small cases which you need to structure. It will take you only 10-15 minutes, but will guarantee you know basic case interview skills and instruments
You must at least be able to dedicate 2-3 hours to in-class work for 3 weeks in a row and just as much for homework. We cannot check your motivation and grit before admission - you have to make sure you have them.
This course is focused on building a skillset rather than just lecturing. Lack of attendance leads to poor learning results

Is this course for university students or for experienced professionals? Who is a typical student?
While there is no reason why a university student would not succeed in this course (and they often do!), most students in this course are experienced professionals. A typical student is a graduate of a Russian university with a major in economics, finance, or a math-related subject and 2-5 years of experience in audit, FMCG, banking, venture capital, or consulting. Exceptions (university students with no experience, unusual work experience, university major not related to math or economics) do occur about 17% of the time.
What homework do you assign?
You will solve cases in pairs, changing partners each time. You will also get several cases to structure at home.
Do you ever enroll more than 8 people in this course?
No. We prefer 6-8
